    If you are not absolutely thrilled with our work, please contact us within 24 hours of your service. We will re-clean at no extra charge. 

    One of our team representatives will then perform a walk-through where you can inspect the results together.

    Our cleaners arrive at your home fully equipped with natural cleaning products, HEPA filters, vacuums, and any other supplies needed to leave your space spotless.

  • We follow a detailed 35-point checklist for each cleaning. However, every cleaning project is different, every client is unique, and every space is special. 

    For example, some clients might ask us to leave certain items or rooms untouched or to pay particular attention to other parts of their home.

    We always honour your requests, your privacy, and your home.

    Some of our clients might also require additional cleaning services from time to time, including move-in/move-out cleaning.

  • For safety reasons, there are certain things our professional cleaning services do not include: 

    • Cleaning ceilings and any other surfaces outside of average reach

    • Mould removal

    • Lifting or moving heavy items, including furniture

    • Exterior cleaning, including walls and windows

    • Moving furniture that has delicate valuables on or in it

    • Blood and dead animals

    • Drugs

    • Fireplaces
